The spirit of
999Dine is to encourage diners to try new restaurants. For this reason we have
implemented the following restrictions:
- One gift
certificate per couple, per restaurant, per 90 days - If the same customers
frequented the same establishment on a regular basis with a certificate the
restaurant owners would be dissatisfied with our program. As a result, they may
not be willing to continue to participate with 999Dine. Thank you for varying
your dining decisions to help ensure that this program is a continued success.
- Tax may not be
included - Please check with the individual restaurant as to whether tax is
included with the certificate.
- May not be used
for carryout - Please check with the individual restaurant on whether or not
the certificate may be used for carryout orders.
- Must be used in
full, no cash value - Certificate increments have been set at a value that is
approximately the average check amount for two people. One of 999Dine's goals
is to encourage patrons to try new menu items regardless of price. We hope that
the discount provided will be an incentive to enjoy a nicer bottle of wine, a
tantalizing appetizer, or even a dessert you have always wanted to try.
- Most
importantly, the restaurants track the check totals on each certificate. Money
spent above the face value of the certificate is truly appreciated.
- Tip/Gratuity
not included - It is essential that servers be compensated on the face value of
the certificate or the bill total. Twenty percent (20%) gratuity on
satisfactory service is greatly appreciated.
- Not valid with
other discounts/offers - 999Dine certificates can not be combined with other
discount programs.
- Certificate
expires 90 days from purchase unless noted otherwise
- Certificates
must be redeemed within 90 days of the purchase date unless noted
otherwise.
- Expiration
dates will be strictly enforced. 999Dine and participating restaurants
are not responsible for honoring or replacing expired certificates.
- All sales are
final.
Note: We recommend
making a reservation,
as many of our restaurants are booked on busy nights.
