The Wood
Our hickory comes from Missouri and East Texas, which is carefully blended with oak wood to produce just the right smoke.

The Smokers
Our Bar-B-Q pits were specially built to our specifications to produce the finest
Bar-B-Q anywhere. These smokers slowly rotate our meats over the hardwood
fire so the meat self-bastes as it circulates. The delicious juices stay where theybelong... in the meat, not the fire.

The Result
Our ribs, brisket, pork, and chicken are carefully seasoned, and
slowly smoked for up to 16 hours to produce the most
moist, tender, and flavorful Bar-B-Q meals.
