Located in the historic NOB HILL district, near
the University of New Mexico, VIVACE features
truly authentic cuisines from all regions of
Italy. Featuring over 30 individual pasta
dishes, VIVACE chef and owner Joey Minarsich
makes every dish from scratch. "Nothing happens
until a guest places an order," claims Chef
Minarsich. "We serve the freshest fish every
day, and our Veal, Beef, Chicken and other meats
are the best we can buy. Plus we work very hard
to feature daily specials that help to feed our
culinary curiosity".
VIVACE
is the acknowledged leader of the Italian
Restaurant scene in Albuquerque.
Founded in 1996, the little Trattoria has grown
to over 100 seats with a cozy private room named
Piemonte after the Northern Italian region and
seating up to 12, and another private room for
parties up to 50 guests, the Campania room,
named after the charming vacation spot.
VIVACE'S
outstanding wine list features wines listed by
Italian regions. From Piemonte's Barolos,
Barbarescos, and Dolcettos, Toscana's great
Chiantis and Super Tuscans, to the wonderful and
interesting whites from Campania, nearly all
Italy's regions are represented with very well
priced whites and reds and sparkling wines.
