Terra means “Earth” in Italian. Like the earth, we intend terra to be a place diners consider their own. From menu description to presentation, Terra envisions a cuisine that will convey personal intention. This defines menus that reflect seasonal changes and local, if not personal, events; that personalize Contemporary American cuisine by adding our own interpretations of traditional Euro/ American taste sensations; and finally, menus that people can easily understand and value without the aide of an interpreter or calculator.

We also intend an uncommon approach to wine service. In most restaurants, wine is conveyed as a rote part of dining pretense. Terra intends wine to be integral to the meal, not incidental. We plan a distinctive wine selection. Wines will be expressly chosen to enhance Terra’s cuisine.

In short, we intend dining at Terra to be a pleasingly memorable culinary experience for every patron. By viewing our enterprise this way, we keep the fate of our enterprise in our own hands.
